NICE1 cold and compression therapy machine

NICE1

Iceless Cold & Compression Therapy Machine

1. Assemble and Fill

Connect the power accessories and plug the NICE1 unit into the mains. Fill the reservoir with 300ml of clean water.

2. Fit Your Wrap

Place your wrap comfortably on your body. Connect the wrap hose to the NICE1 unit — you'll hear an audible click when it's securely attached.

3. Power On and Set Preferences

  • Press the on/off switch on the back of the unit.
  • Wait for the screen to power up, then follow the on-screen instructions.
  • Select your temperature level (1 = warmest, 5 = coldest).
  • Choose your compression level — we recommend High for best results.
  • Select either Manual Mode (set your own duration) or use one of the Preset Programs for active icing and rest cycles. Preset Programs will run on repeat so can be used overnight.

Sit or lie comfortably and press Start. The machine will make some noise as it inflates the wrap, then quietens once the required pressure is reached.

  • The NICE1 will maintain your chosen temperature and pressure automatically throughout use.
  • No ice or additional water is required.
  • It is safe to sleep while using the machine.
