The NICE1 is a professional cold and compression therapy machine, used across the UK by physiotherapists, sports clinics, and post-surgical recovery patients. We provide it directly to you at home so that the same care available in clinic continues throughout your recovery.

It combines controlled cold with adjustable compression to actively reduce swelling, inflammation and pain — the three things that slow recovery most. Unlike traditional ice packs or older motorised pumps, the NICE1 is iceless. Fill the water reservoir, attach a body-specific wrap, and run a treatment cycle — no need to source ice or freeze refill packs. “Its worth paying a little more for this machine. No trips backwards and forwards to the freezer. Just turn it on and its freezing in a second. Whilst its fully portable, I left mine next to the sofa that I was elevating my knee on. I didn't need any help and could get myself set up. Really good options on the level of cold and compression help to set the correct settings to suit your situation. I'm 8 weeks PO and I'm almost back to normal.
