The NICE1 is a professional cold and compression therapy machine, used across the UK by physiotherapists, sports clinics, and post-surgical recovery patients. We provide it directly to you at home so that the same care available in clinic continues throughout your recovery.

It combines controlled cold with adjustable compression to actively reduce swelling, inflammation and pain — the three things that slow recovery most. Unlike traditional ice packs or older motorised pumps, the NICE1 is iceless. Fill the water reservoir, attach a body-specific wrap, and run a treatment cycle — no need to source ice or freeze refill packs.
