Founder & Managing Director

Recovery Kit is founder-led by Eleanor, who oversees the company's day-to-day direction, long-term growth and strategic development. Alongside running the business, Eleanor remains the primary point of contact for many of our patients, bringing her knowledge and experience directly to the people using our products. She is passionate about ensuring every patient feels supported, informed and confident throughout their recovery.

Toby

Founder's Associate · Growth & Operations

Toby works alongside our founder at the heart of Recovery Kit, supporting patients from their very first enquiry through to the end of their recovery. Whether he is helping someone choose the right equipment before surgery, guiding them through setting up their NICE1, or answering questions along the way, Toby makes sure every patient is informed and supported. He also helps to drive the growth and innovation of the business, from new product launches to representing Recovery Kit at conferences and events, helping bring our service to more people who need it.

Imogen

Operations Manager & Quality Assurance

Imogen manages the day-to-day operations at Recovery Kit, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From organising the logistics of every unit that leaves our doors to making sure each machine is prepared and ready for its next patient, Imogen oversees the detail that keeps our service running seamlessly. She also manages the operational side of our hires, sales and subscriptions, with a focus on quality and reliability at every stage.

Lewis

Developer & Digital Architect

Lewis leads Recovery Kit's technical capabilities and is responsible for building and developing the systems that power our business — both the ones you see and the many that work behind the scenes. As technology and AI continue to evolve, Lewis understands that great technology should enhance, rather than replace, the human element of exceptional customer service. He builds our systems around this principle, ensuring innovation always supports our core commitment to providing a stellar experience for every patient.
