About the Articulated Knee
Articulated knee wrap — extra range of motion for active rehab.
The NICE1 Articulated Knee Wrap is built for patients who need to bend the knee during treatment. Where the standard Straight Knee Wrap is ideal for the first days post-op when the knee is splinted or kept extended, the Articulated version is preferred during active rehab — where the patient may be moving the knee on a continuous passive motion (CPM) machine, or during light flexion exercises. Same NICE1 quick-release coupling, same iceless cold-and-compression action — just shaped to flex with you. Pair with the NICE1 machine to hire, subscribe, or buy.
Why this wrap
- •Designed to flex with the knee during active rehab
- •Suitable for CPM-machine use post-surgery
- •Same cold and compression performance as the straight wrap
- •One-size fit
- •Quick-release coupler attaches to NICE1 in seconds
- •Free UK delivery
Common use cases
- •Active phase of post-op knee recovery
- •CPM-machine therapy
- •Knee replacement rehab once range of motion returns
- •Sports rehab where flexion is being progressed
- •Recurrent knee swelling in active patients
How NICE1 wraps work
Every NICE1 wrap is a body-shaped sleeve that holds the cold and compression cycle exactly where you need it. The wrap connects to the NICE1 machine with a single quick-release coupler and uses water — not ice — to circulate cold across the joint. Inflation cycles deliver gentle, controlled compression to clear inflammation and improve outcomes. Wraps are interchangeable, so a single NICE1 unit can treat the knee one day and the shoulder the next.
