How NICE1 wraps work

Every NICE1 wrap is a body-shaped sleeve that holds the cold and compression cycle exactly where you need it. The wrap connects to the NICE1 machine with a single quick-release coupler and uses water — not ice — to circulate cold across the joint. Inflation cycles deliver gentle, controlled compression to clear inflammation and improve outcomes.
