The NICE1 Ankle/Foot Wrap covers the ankle joint, Achilles tendon, and the heel/midfoot area in one continuous wrap. It's the go-to wrap for acute ankle sprains, post-fracture recovery, Achilles tendon repairs and plantar fasciitis flare-ups. Cold and compression therapy is widely supported in the literature for reducing pain and oedema in the post-injury phase — and unlike traditional ice packs, the NICE1 holds an even temperature for the full cycle without needing to be re-applied. Two sizes cover most adult patients.

How NICE1 wraps work

Every NICE1 wrap is a body-shaped sleeve that holds the cold and compression cycle exactly where you need it. The wrap connects to the NICE1 machine with a single quick-release coupler and uses water — not ice — to circulate cold across the joint. Inflation cycles deliver gentle, controlled compression to clear inflammation and improve outcomes. Wraps are interchangeable, so a single NICE1 unit can treat the knee one day and the shoulder the next.
