About the Compex
The Compex SP 8.0 is a wireless electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) and TENS unit used across professional sport and physiotherapy. How it works
Electrical muscle stimulation sends small, controlled electrical impulses through electrode pads on the skin, prompting the muscle underneath to contract and release.
